Auto-Intoxication

The colon is responsible for storing waste and reclaiming water through the colon wall. Auto-intoxication occurs when waste stops being properly processed and eliminated over months and years.

During normal digestion, water is absorbed from waste (digested food) before it is expelled from the body. This creates the thicker consistency of healthy stool that we should all strive for!

Sometimes though, this process gets messed up. When you become constipated, it creates the perfect environment for auto-intoxication to occur. Constipation means the stool spends too much time sitting in the colon.

This extra waiting time means too much water is absorbed making the stool hard and dry. Hardened stool then becomes stuck to the colon walls making bowel movements harder and more frustrating.

Over time, this build-up on the colon wall putrefies. This rotting, hardened waste becomes a breeding ground for bacteria and toxins. But the colon still wants to perform its responsibility of absorbing water from each new meal. And now, that water has to make its way through putrid waste before returning to your bloodstream.

This continuous cycle results in serious illness and chronic degenerative diseases.

Here are some common symptoms of auto-intoxication:

  • Abdominal cramping and bloating
  • Headaches
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Chronic inflammation
  • Irritability
  • Muscle aches
  • Weakened immune system
  • Depression
  • Skin disorders
  • Swelling of the hands and feet
  • Arthritis and allergies worsen

If you suffer from any of these symptoms and have had trouble with constipation, it’s possible you have toxic build-up in your colon and are suffering from auto-intoxication.

Back in the early 1900s, a group of UK scientists published a report about auto-intoxication. They refer to it in its formal name Alimentary Intestinal Toxaemia.

Educating yourself is the first step to lasting health. You can find a portion of that report here that covers the symptoms of this illness more in depth.

The most effective, clean, and safe treatment for auto-intoxication is colon hydrotherapy.

Colon hydrotherapy helps release the toxic build-up stuck on the colon walls by gently flushing it with filtered water. The build-up is removed safely and gently from the body over a series of treatments.

If you think you may be suffering from auto-intoxication, I’m here to help. Don’t let this toxic build-up make you suffer any longer.
